  • Started figure skating at just 3 years old and began speedskating by the age of 9
  • Inaddition to skating, she played high school soccer
  • University of Utah Graduate in Kinesiology
  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree from the University of Utah in Physical Therapy
  • After speed skating, she hopes to pursue a career as a physical therapist
  • Only athlete in the world to medalin every distance at a single World Championship
  • First American female short track speedskater to win a World Cup 500m race
  • In 2024 became the second American to win a World Cup at all three distances (500m, 1000m, 1500m) after Apolo Ohno
  • Has two huskies named Bear and Koda
