Ian Beck

Ian Beck is the founder and CEO of Olympus Sports Group, where he has built a reputation for excellence in athlete representation, strategic partnerships, and leadership within the Olympic and Paralympic sports landscape. A former U.S. short track speedskater, Ian competed internationally from 1997–2002 and again from 2007–2010, participating in multiple World Cup and World Championship events. His firsthand experience as an elite athlete inspired his vision to redefine athlete management through a more personalized and strategic approach.

Ian earned an LL.M. in Entertainment Law and Media Policy from UCLA and a J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Under his leadership, Olympus Sports Group has represented Olympic and Paralympic medalists while securing partnerships with leading global and Fortune 500 brands. Combining legal expertise, industry knowledge, and athlete perspective, Ian remains dedicated to helping athletes grow their brands, expand their opportunities, and build lasting success on and off the field of play.
